Our Landscape Design Process

  • We schedule a meeting at the project site to discuss the scope of your project and vision. This session helps us gain an understanding of your needs so that we can set up a personalized quote for your project. Once we have scheduled a start date for your project, we will revisit the site to conduct a thorough site analysis.

  • We prepare a concept proposal based on your brief and a site analysis. The proposal includes a conceptual plan, a planting palette, 3D visuals and anything else that we think will help us convey our ideas to you. This phase is dynamic and collaborative and may go through multiple iterations and refinements.

  • At this stage of the project we detail the conceptual design and produce the necessary detail drawings needed to construct the project. We will also prepare a Bill of Quantities which we then hand over to trusted landscapers to price.

  • We supervise and manage the project throughout its implementation to ensure the vision for the garden is executed to the highest standard. Upon completion we will review the project together and rectify any snags - should there be any.

Our Interior Design Process

  • We work with your architect to review electrical plans, angles, and space planning so that every detail functions with the end goal in mind, from flow to floor plan.

  • We prepare a concept proposal for your space based on your brief and architectural review. The proposal includes a conceptual plan, a material and finishes palette, 3D visuals and anything else that we think will help us convey our ideas to you. This phase is dynamic and collaborative and may go through multiple iterations and refinements.

  • We will create a proposal for the furnishings, from upholstery to dining chairs, to styling and décor items and draw all necessary joinery and construction details for your space. At this stage we will also send these details out to our trusted industry professionals to provide accurate cost breakdowns.

  • Our support team coordinates with the vendors and receiving warehouse to order, track, and process any claims for your furniture and styling pieces. We’ll handle all of the details of the process from start to finish to ensure that everything is organized, on time, and on track.

  • We supervise and manage the project throughout its implementation to ensure the vision for the space is executed to the highest standard. This includes the moving of all furniture into your home and arranging it according to the detailed design plan.
